He will assist the Pastor of Counseling Ministries by providing the leadership to the staff when the Pastor of Counseling is not available. He should be committed to: being a resource to the Lay Counseling Staff, assist in training of Lay Counseling Staff, enfolding those not committed to a local church into the life of Briarwood, and the assimilation of hurting members into the life of the church as part of their healing process.
